Coconut Cornflakes Cookies

Serves 4

Cook Time: 6 hours on LOW or AUTO



  • 2 chicken leg fillets, cut into 1 cm slices
  • 1/2 cup AYAM™ satay sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup tzatziki already prepared
  • 60g young spinach leaves
  • 4 wrap



  1. Mix the chicken and the satay sauce.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan and let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread tzatziki on your wrap, place spinach leaves on top. Place the chicken on one side and roll up tightly to enclose the chicken.
